Your Responsibility

Your Role

What do you do as our Senior User Interface Designer?

● Create and define various design ideas using mood boards, mood graphics.

● Define visual actions.Β

● Collaborate with UX designers in order to take over conceptual tasks.

● Create designs and layouts on Figma.

● Creating design (pattern) libraries together with developers.

● Support all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning.

● Pitch creative concepts, mock-ups and discuss ideas with internal clients.

● Be able to conceptualize different/unique styles of designs, and adapt and elevate current brand guidelines for projects.

● Design engaging and intuitive user experiences for digital platforms across all types of touchpoints. (web, mobile, etc.).

● Design conceptual brand-identity is a plus.

● Lead and mentor junior and mid-level designers.

Your Qualifications

Your Role

What do you do as our Product Experience Manager?

● You take over tasks of a product manager and at the same time create a fantastic experience with our digital products for our customers and their end users - We call you Product Experience Manager!
‍
● You are the central interface between designers, developers and customers and take over the operational management and responsibility for the success of your projects from initiation to product launch.
‍
● You motivate and coordinate your team in an agile project environment to successfully deliver projects within deadlines.
‍
● You dive deep into complex topics yourself and support the strategic direction of our customers and their products.

● You create budget estimates as well as detailed project plans and are responsible for managing all required project resources.

● You define terms of reference and specifications for your project team and our partners as well as suppliers.
‍

What do we expect from you?

● Fluency in German and English.
‍
● A lot of emotions: Enthusiasm, curiosity, skepticism and empathy.

● The will to further develop our working methods and to continuously question the status quo.

● Experience with developing project budgets, resource plans, and monitoring project-specific KPIs, including formulating and implementing corrective actions to ensure results and quality.

● Patience with clients, designers and developers and enjoy balancing the happy medium between all needs.

● Strong operational skills. You are strong at defining priorities, formulating decision memos, and successfully implementing them.

● Understanding of the development and product lifecycle in the technology space.

● Experience with SDLC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM and design thinking is a plus.

● Familiar with tools such as Jira, Google Suite, and Figma or the ability to familiarize yourself with them in a short period of time.
