Your Responsibility

● You are a part of the sales team and your main mission is to grow our customer base.
‍
● You present our company to prospects and develop new opportunities by pitching Mermaid Studios via E-Mails and calls.Β 
‍
● You identify and qualify sales opportunities.
‍
● You always have an open eye and look for prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solutions/services.

Research

● Research key individuals and decision-makers within specific companies to identify targets.Β 
‍
● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
‍
● You are always up to date with the competition and news about the industry.

Operational Tasks

● Maintain and organise a pipeline for the Sales team.
‍
● Reporting & documentation.Β 
‍
● Creation of sales materials: Presentations, forecasts & roadmaps.Β 
‍
● You provide general support to the Sales & Business Development team.
‍

Your Qualifications

● You have a university degree (or are currently studying), preferably.
‍
● Business, Sales/Marketing or a training in Retail, B2B / B2C Sales.
‍
● You speak and write German and English fluently (preferably native). Any additional language is a plus.Β 
‍
● You have exceptional communications skills and enjoy talking to potential clients on the phone, via E-Mail or face-to-face.
‍
● You are open minded, empathic, positive, and you enjoy the work you do.Β 

● You are characterised by your sociable and service-oriented nature and can work both independently and in a team.

What are you doing with us?

● You prepare sales campaigns and generate leads.

● 1-3 years experience in the field of UX

● Experience in working with Figma, InVision and similar tools
